Diablo IV Remains a Scalability Showcase, With an Old PC VRAM Problem
Under its filthy cathedrals, Diablo IV hides an unusually scalable engine. The historical weakness is still its demanding texture memory behaviour, while ray tracing carries a substantial cost for gains less important than the game's already excellent lighting direction.
