Adreno Neural Fusion lets Qualcomm's GPU render fewer pixels and fewer real frames

A phone can now display more frames than its GPU actually renders. Qualcomm's Adreno Neural Fusion SDK combines temporal reconstruction with frame generation, reducing both internal resolution and the number of native frames required for the final output. The developer documentation released on September 22 also makes the compromises unusually clear: generated frames improve visual fluidity, but they do not create free responsiveness.
