Anno 117: Pax Romana Looks Spectacular, Runs Surprisingly Well on PC, and Still Prefers a Mouse
Anno 117 pushes city rendering hard with ray tracing, crowds, weather, lighting and highly detailed close-up views while avoiding some of the CPU bottleneck that affected Anno 1800. PC offers an excellent range of graphics and upscaling options, although Ultra Max settings are extremely expensive. PS5 and Xbox preserve most of the spectacle, but interface navigation and controller input remain less comfortable than mouse and keyboard.
